St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and Health Services Coalition (HSC) Renew Healthcare Provider Agreement

St. Rose Dominican Hospitals and Health Services Coalition (HSC) are pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached that will allow HSC members to continue to access the St. Rose system for their healthcare needs.

“St. Rose is committed to providing the highest quality healthcare to the members of the communities that we serve,” said Rod Davis, president/CEO of St. Rose Dominican Hospitals. “We have heard from many HSC members about their desire to receive healthcare at St. Rose hospitals, and we are pleased we can continue to serve those members.”

“HSC is pleased St. Rose continues to be a valued healthcare provider to our members,” said Leslie Johnstone, executive director of Health Services Coalition. “We look forward to working with St. Rose on a number of healthcare quality initiatives and are encouraged by their commitment to provide quality healthcare.”

St. Rose applauds HSC’s focus on quality care for its members. St. Rose’s commitment to quality has long been a part of its culture, and that commitment applies equally to all patients.  “We are proud of how our quality metrics favorably compare to hospitals in Nevada and the nation and have continually committed our resources to both improvement and transparency,” Davis said. “We are pleased that HSC will join forces with us to continue to strive toward improving patient care.”

St. Rose’s top priorities are patient safety, patient satisfaction and delivering the highest quality care in a healing environment. St. Rose is one of only a handful of hospitals in the nation (and the first in Nevada) to publicly share a broad spectrum of quality metrics including infections and sentinel events.
